PATRICK MURRAY

I grew up in sunny San Diego, where I resided for over 18 years, the busy city with the tranquil beaches and a thriving performing arts and music culture brewed a design astatic that drenched in pop design culture mixed with rich organic shapes. Rich versatile design has always been an anchor point of my work, form my earlier days designing lighting and sets for theater, and live productions really need versatility. After a few years of crewing moving in and out of audio and video i landed on design, the perfect combo of spacial reasoning, technical know how, and all nighters.

Now i am living in Orange County, one of the lamer places in souther California, but i am getting by, in hopes of continuing north. I am at a fun agency Draft FBC with a rad team on Kaiser Peramente account, its my first big account and i am on my game, and in brand guidelines. I am also attending LCAD a fun small art school 5 minutes from the beach, what more can you ask for. I am really enjoying my time there falling deeply in love with design and general production weather its a fully media rich web site or a direct marketing piece. Im kinda an apple geek and its left me with a full range and understanding of the CS3 creative Suite, Mac osx 10.5, Final Cut Pro, Html, and Flash.
